Joe Borge has been involved in the construction industry for the majority of his working career. His true passion has landed him in the residential home design field since 2004. Over the years he has worked and trained with professionals to perfect the quality of the product he can provide to his clients.

Joe has a love for people and he knows that in order to build long lasting relationships you have to build trust. He believes that building these strong client relationships is incredibly important and he works closely with his clients to engender complete loyalty.

To do this he follows one key rule: Love your neighbor as yourself.

Joe will listen to your vision and do everything in his power to create it exactly as you see it. He can work to strict deadlines or take on longer term projects that involve deeper thought. Mike Gartner, P.E. graduated the University of Florida in 2005 with a master of Engineering degree with a major in Civil Engineering. Mike has worked in the geotechnical and structural engineering profession since 2006 and has been a Florida licensed Professional Engineer since 2010. Mike has also acquired a Certified Residential Contractor license in 2016. Born in Ocala, Florida, Mike has lived in Florida his entire life and enjoys spending time with his family at Florida’s sandy beaches and lush outdoors.

When Mike is not spending time with his family he is diligently working, reviewing plans and consulting with clients to bring about the successful completions of his client’s projects. As a Professional Engineer, Mike reviews buildings for structural stability and compliance with the Florida Building Code. Mike strives to meet his client’s expectations with quality and experience.
